Memorial Day 2012

There was a parade and a little festival in our town on memorial day so we thought we would check it out. Bennett likes buttons... Anything he can push he will, over and over and over again. Just like the cross walk buttons :) We arrived early and got a good seat on the parade route, the downside was we were too early... Bennett was very busy running on the parade route waiting for things to get started, there were a lot of other kids there too so he made a few friends. Well the parade finally started and we enjoyed it for about 45 min, the sun was beating on us... SO HOT! There really wasn't a good place to hide so we went to lunch. At this point Bennett was over tired so we had a melt down of course. Not fun. The rest of the day was great though :) we also went out for breakfast the day before and Bennett got some balloons from the balloon lady.
