First haircut

Bennett appeared to have a rough day at daycare... Came home with jelly or something in his hair, not enough to see but enough to feel that there was something sticky there. The 1st photo is how he came home from daycare {his hair was retouched in no way} So we decided that today would be the day for his first hair cut. He was thoroughly entertained the whole time, he had daddy's toothbrush and was playing with it in the sink, hahahaha. As you know from previous posts Bennett loves to brush his teeth. It was actually a bit harder to cut than I thought it would be. Mainly because we didn't realize how long it was. We used Brads hair clippers {he cuts his own hair} and we even saved a little lock if his hair, oh those cute little blonde curls :) we were done with the haircut (or so I thought) and Brad said there was just a little more in the back, and then....came....the...BALDSPOT!!! Bahahaha, Brad was so upset (after all he did give it to him) but it wasn't terrible, not completely bald, just a little shorter than other areas. when we were done we no longer had a one year old but a one year old that looked like a 2 1/2 year old!!!
