Eating and Playing



yum! rice cereal!

  Can't really remember what I've written about and what I haven't as of late, ummm... Well let's just start with what I can think of at the moment:
1.Bennett is eating more "solid" foods. his favorite so far is Sweet Potatoes! Yum Yum Yum! (actually I really like them steamed and mushed up as well, so feeding goes more like, "a bite for baby and a bite for Momma!" He has also had baby rice cereal (they are feeding him this at daycare in the afternoon now along with his bottles as well). And today we had some Apples! All so yummy!
2. I've been making all his baby food, Tris bought us a baby food making machine that is a all in one steamer and food processor. It's wonderful!
3. Bennett is rolling over! BOTH WAYS! from his back to front and front to back! He's not crawling yet but he's sticking his bum in the air and then just plopping flat.
4. As I type Brad is screeching because Bennett just scratched him! haha, Brad knows that his nails are sharp! but he still manages to get scratched a lot!
5. TEETH TEETH TEETH! Well actually just two teeth! two 'little' teeth on the bottom!  the one on the left came in first and then the one on the right maybe a week after the 1st one.
6. Bennett doesn't cry he just grunts we he's frustrated. He only really cries when he super tired or really hungry.
7. Day care is going GREAT! We really really love it and we're so thankful that God has blessed us with such great teachers! They are so sweet to him and so experienced with children that they are teaching me things about taking care of Bennett, such a blessing, it takes a village to raise a baby!
